I had no idea it was all because of perimenopause.

Thankfully, I had experience with tools that pulled me from teen depression decades before and was able to get myself out of this, on my own, without meds or supplements.

A few years later, I knew menopause was creeping in when exciting new symptoms showed up… missing periods and unbearable migraines.

I was still under-informed about menopause. I thought the lethargy, lack of motivation, weight gain and not wanting to get out of bed was just aging. I thought there was nothing I could do about it.
